Damaged or Defective Product
Damaged
At Kawaii Xo, we take great care in packing your products. We package all orders using bubble wrap an other packing supplies to provide cushioning. If your items arrive damaged or broken, please file a claim directly with the carrier (USPS).
Defective
If your items arrive defective, please email us within 15 business days from delivery date at info@kawaiixo.com with the following information:
Please take TWO pictures of the defective products and send them to info@kawaiixo.com along with a video recording of opening your package. One picture must be a detailed picture of the defective part along with the style number. The other picture must be a whole shot of the item. Any claim after 15 business of receiving date will not be considered.
Order Change or Cancellation
At this time, we are not able to cancel or adjust an order after it has been made. We recommend reviewing your order thoroughly prior to completing your transaction. Thank you for your understanding.
Any authorized order cancellations are subject to 15% processing fees and will be deducted from the total order amount.
Record your Order
The Secret Bargain Shop requires all customers to record their order the day the package is delivered. Please record at an angle from where we can see the items coming out of the box. This step is essential to confirm all products arrived in good condition or if there are missing products. - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

- Products must include all the items in the original packaging
- A copy of your invoice must be with products being returned
